The period of validity of the technical inspections will be obtained from the date on which the result of the inspection has been favourable and the frequency indicated in this article. However, if said date falls within the 30 calendar days preceding the expiration of the period of validity of the previous inspection, the period of validity shall be obtained by adding the frequency to the aforementioned expiration date. In other words, you can obtain your new ITV certificate up to a month before your last one expires, without it affecting the expiration date, it will simply be added on to the end.
